Art team building to reconnect your team
In a team’s life, some moments matter more than others: the ones where we slow down, look differently, and rediscover what connects us. Fast-paced work and highly structured office culture often put that connection to the test. Art team building offers a space free from hierarchy, room for serenity and boldness alike, where everyone can express themselves beyond their usual role or title.

Wonder, the engine behind creativity
Philosophers have long said it: wonder is one of the deepest engines of creativity. It’s a form of attention to the world, a way to step outside habit and rediscover a fresh way of seeing. In professions where listening, precision, and human depth matter most, cultivating that sense of wonder becomes a rare strength — and it’s exactly what our workshop, “A Window Toward a New Horizon,” is built around.
A historic setting, at the heart of Versailles
Our art team building workshops take place in Versailles, in an extraordinary venue: land once given by Louis XVI to Madame de Pompadour, where she built her hunting lodge. Built entirely of wood, this building — known as “le chalet” — sits right beside the park of the Château de Versailles. It’s within these history-filled walls, almost in the middle of nature, that our artists welcome your team.

Collaborative linocut, an artwork born from your team’s singularities
Our approach centers on a collaborative linocut workshop. Each participant first creates an individual piece on a chosen theme; these pieces are then brought together into one large collective artwork, reflecting the sum of the group’s singularities. The process is designed to blur the usual roles and hierarchy, encouraging a new kind of collaboration — and inviting everyone to leave a trace of their own.

A day of art team building at Versailles
The morning, roughly three to three and a half hours of hands-on work, begins with an introduction to the venue and its history, followed by a demonstration of linocut technique and individual work on the theme of wonder. After a break, the group comes together for collective printing and assembly. The afternoon can continue on-site or in a nearby rented room — lunch can be delivered directly to the workshop.
More than team building: a shared breath
Not just another team building exercise, but a genuine collective breath: a chance to step aside, and let the group’s intelligence and friendship breathe. It’s in this spirit that our artists guide every team toward a singular experience, where the joy of creating comes first.
